"The staff do an incredibly demanding job fantastically well, and we could not be more grateful for everything that you do for Dad."

Thank you so much for arranging our visit to see Dad yesterday. We all had a lovely walk and then sat outside to have tea. Dad was awake the whole time and responded to us a few times. The boys also took him for a little walk. Please thank all the staff for arranging all the seating and providing refreshments. We all had a lovely time. Thank you once again.

I just wanted you to know that we had the best anniversary visits on Saturday. My husband looked so happy and had a big smile on his face for the whole visit. It was more than I could have hoped for!

"I just wanted to thank you and the staff at Weyspring for arranging our Easter visit with Dad yesterday. The cabin was all set up ready for our arrival with the tea and coffee facilities and extra chairs outside with blankets. The weather was lovely so we were able to take Dad for a long walk and then we all sat outside the cabin for coffee and cake. Dad was very alert and I think he enjoyed all the family being there. These family gatherings are so special and create precious memories. Thank you again"

I thought I would send you an email to thank you and the staff for the special care and support that you showed Dad on his birthday. I know you all work so hard every day to go over and above in terms of the service that you deliver, but I thought today was lovely. Mum and I came this afternoon and had time with dad opening his presents. He looked so calm and happy, and Mum had such a lovely time with him. The 4 members of staff that looked after us were incredibly kind. I loved seeing the rapport that they have with him and the way he smiles when he engages with them. They brought him a lovely birthday cake and we all sang to him, while he enjoyed an alcohol free beer. The memories that this has given us are very special. Dad is incredibly loved by his family so thank you for continuing to look after him to such a high standard.
